Hello!
I just bought a couple new turtles from a place that wasnt taking care of them properly. So i took them to my local pet shop (where they seem to know a lot about turtles and reptiles) I got them all set up, with uva and uvb lights, filters, etc. but I noticed one of them wasnt doing so well (as a result of the previous poor care). So I went back to the pet store and she thought maybe parasites becuase the poor little guy looked like he was almost getting smaller, and was very lethargic, etc. I bought some medication, and he seems to be doing a lot better. Much more active with more normal behavior patterns. But twice now, I have noticed that one of their feces looks a bit abnormal... It is larger, and kind of whitish/pinkish? I am not sure if this is the medication getting rid of the parasites? or if it is something else I should be worried about?

Any responses are appreciated! I already tried to look up topics on feces, but I couldn't find something as specific. Please help! Thanks!

It could definatly be the medication. My turtle has a repiratory infection and is on meds and she's puking up infection, it freaked me out at first but her breathing is getting better so it's a good thing she's getting the infection out. If your turtle seems to be doing better then I wouldn't worry to much unless the condition worsens.

The color you describe sounds like there could be some intestinal upset going on.
