Urgent Care :: Charlie just sleeps all day....

I have an eastern river cooter who I love dearly. His name is Charlie. For the past 3 weeks I have been noticing that he is sleeping a lot more and is less interested in food. Charlie shares a tank with Oliver, another river cooter of the same size. Oliver seems perfectly normal, but Charlie is lethargic. There are no physical symptoms. His eyes are clear, shell looks fine, everything looks normal, but he sleeps all day. He has not eaten much in the past few days. He will eat an occasional turtle pellet, but will no longer eat lettuce which he usually LOVES. The symptoms don't seem to be getting much worse over time, but they have not improved either

45 gallon tank with ATBA the size of a 10 gallon tank

Is there a basking platform that is easy to climb on?

What kind is it or what is it made out of?
Ramp made of cork, platform is plexiglass covered with felt

Is there a UVB light?
Yes

What have you been trying to feed it?
Yes

When was the last time your turtle ate?
Occasionally, but he hasn't been eating normally for about 3 weeks

How big is the tank/pond/enclosure?
45 gallons

Is the tank near a window?
No

Is the tank in a room with a lot of activity?
Not really, it's in my bed room

Is there any other unusual activity/symptoms?
He does not move around a lot. He spends most of his time sleeping.

it could have something to do with it being winter, my turtle slows down every time during this season, she spends more time hiding in her cave sleeping and eating less, but as long as she does eat and move from time to time i dont think its bad

mines does as well.

i noticed that during the summer, my female would be swimming so much it would fall asleep while swimming

now thats its fall going on winter, shes not as active as she used to be. she's more calm but still begging like the begger she was as a hatchling

It sounds like I have nothing to worry about...but would it be normal for only 1 turtle to react to the winter? How can they even tell it's winter when the tank is a constant temperature?

It sounds like something I would keep a close eye on. If any other symptoms develop, you should consider a vet trip. GOod luck with Charliebear.
