What are your water and basking temperatures?
What size is your turtle?
Were there dramatic changes in the tank recently? Like adding new things, or adding more water, getting a bigger or smaller tank, anything of that nature.
A turtle unwilling to eat could be because of tank changes. The other reason can be if the temperatures are too low. Turtles in the wild do hibernate, but in captivity, they don't have the right conditions to hibernate properly. Because of a tank that is too cold, they will try to hibernate, and then their organs will eventually shut down. It's like being frozen to death without actually being covered in ice.
Edit: I scrolled up and noticed you mentioned keechu was eating again... I'm not changing my post though, cause it's still decent advice, in case anyone else with the same question ever roams across this thread.
