So my turtle just vomited up a ton of lettuce, and then tried to eat all of it. He ate pellets and lettuce this morning, just like he usually does. There's been no change in his diet. He's about a year and a half old and other than that, appears to be perfectly healthy - basked the normal times today, pooped, etc.
I think it may be excitement because it's usually quiet and dark by this time and since it's new years eve there's 6 of us around.
Should I be very worried about this?

He may have just eaten too much too fast. Was he fed any more food and lettuce than normal?

I don't think so, my mom usually feeds him. And it was more than 12 hours since he'd last eaten. But he seems fine today so I guess I'll just keep my eye on him

What kind of lettuce was it? If you bought it from the store, be sure to wash it before you put it in his tank.
