Bean, it depends on the vet. Most vets charge for an office call, the procedure, and you'll have to pay for follow-up antibiotics to prevent any infection.
Your best bet is to call local veterinarians and make sure that they're herp vets and see what their prices are.

The good news is that ear abscesses are simple and usually relatively cheap. Some vets will even let you make out a payment plan if you can't pay everything at once.
