Urgent Care :: whats worng with my res shell help plz

hi i am only 15 and i have had my res for five weeks and i really like him but what is worng with his sell and for about two days he has been laying around in his tank his sell has green at the sides not a lot and looks like its sheding
please help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can you show us a photo of his shell when it's dry? Get a view that's close-up but in good focus and well lit. It's really hard to tell what's going on with a shell without seeing it. Let us see both carapace and plastron.

What kind of set-up is he in? What are the water temp and basking area temp? What do his eyes look like (normal or swollen)?
