I have two turtles that I bought together from one litter they are the same age one and a half years but one is huge! He (I've determined) eats everything he sees and the little one refuses to eat at all even when Infin isn't in the cage with it. I've tried everything this site has offered and gone to the vet but no one has given me any good anwers. Everyone favors the big one because he's really sweet and I admit I over feed him but I thought that if he got full the other one would eat what he had left over. It never did. I'm scared it'll die if this continues. HELP ME!!

It sounds like you need to separate them for good. The little one is naturally bashful since everything he does in that tank is overpowered by the dominant turtle. It's harmful to keep them together, eventually the larger one will kill the smaller one.
RES are naturally aggressive turtles and really don't appreciate tank mates.
