what kind of lighting do u have? is ur turtle eating, swimming, basking, etc? if you answer the urgent care questions we can help you better.

Most cases are due to the UVB light being to close it need to be at least 10 inches away from the basking area. Leave it off for a few days and see if it gets better. You can try some cod liver on the eyes or turtle eye drops.
