but theres another problem...: she's not eating...

how many time will she survive without eating?

She can make it a few days easily without eating. The lack of eating should be the lowest of your concerns at this point. Often when a turtle's environment is changed, they will stop eating for a few days or a week. More importantly is the floating. Since she is ill, you can give her foods that you would normally only give as a treat, like pieces of tuna fish or boiled egg whites.

Can she open her eyes? She won't eat if she can't see the food. Hold a little bit of tuna, sardines, something smelly in front of her nose in the water so she can smell it. Perhaps she'll grab a bit of it. If she doesn't, try again later.

Try to find a someone who knows about turtles and can treat yours.

but my turtle just died, right now

i want to the kitchen to get some tuna fish, and when i came back, i caught her, and she wasnt moving her feet...she was dead

RIP my sweet turtle :'(
