Nothing is wrong. I was thinking, though, that since you're in Macau, it might be good to contact the Kadoorie Farm and Botanical Garden in H.K.
www.kfbg.org and see if anyone there has advice concerning your turtles. They've rescued turtles in the past and at the very least someone might be able to tell you where you could go to for help on treating them.
