Urgent Care :: Can Turtle Digest Cheese?? Help?!!

When Reading this topic it will look incredibly stupid. However I am currently scared out of my wit!! My roommate has just informed me while i was out studying that my friend who shall be unnamed fed him a piece of his McDonalds Double cheeseburger..... O_O!!! [!!!]!!! i'm going to kill my unnamed friend. But I need to know!! wil my turtle be fine?? O_O !! i am so scared right now!!! i not even sure if what my roommate told me is true, he might jsut be pulling my leg but i don't know so i need an urgent response!!! and i doubt i'll be able to reach a vet till monday with all the snow and all!! ;-;!! help please!!

I don't think one piece of cheese will kill your turtle.
Worst case, it won't agree with him and he'll have loose stool.

I'd keep my friends away from my turtle if they can't be trusted around him.

Thank you!! turtle seems to be fine!! however we will know more in the morning....my friend was high - - and normally he's really good with turtle, turtle loves nibbling on his fingers!

One piece of cheese won't hurt him, but remember that turtles aren't mammals & would never drink any milk products over their lifetime (unlike mammals which breast-feed their babies milk!).

Cheese has a very high salt content which would be the main reason I wouldn't feed it to a turtle.

and also, in general, i try to keep anyone who is intoxicated away from anything i care about.
