This is my Lily Bear. I need someone to help and see what might be wrong with her she is 4 inches long and not swelling anywhere. and her skin is peeling a little too

I could be wrong but it looks like shedding scutes to me. I can't see any fungus or anything. Is the shell soft? Does it smell at all?

I'd agree with that. The ones on top look like they need to shed, especially the ones around the edge. When she's basking, do the edges of those scutes curl up? On the bottom, it looks like the scutes might not be breaking in places before they shed completely, or possibly they already shed and just left a thin layer behind in some places. That's been happening with Hercules, he's having a very hard time shedding his bottom scutes. What's your basking temperature? Does she bask regularly?

looks like you got some shedding
ya was aksin me baout the red on the plasteron in our eailer discussion. is the plasteron where its red pitted or rough? if not then it may just be the generaly coloring as some turtles do have a reddish tint to their plasteron some more bold then others.

What kind of basking area does your turtle have---is it a stone or something else that's abrasive? If so, the plastron could be rubbing on it when your turtle climbs on it or moves around on it, causing the redness.

Your turtle has quite a few scutes to shed---some should have shed a while ago (the small ones).

What do you feed your turtle, how much and how often? Has the turtle grown noticeably within a fairly short period of time? Fast growth can also cause pinkness in the plastron.

pellets, krill, fish, lettuce i have only had them for about a month 1/2 they havent grown to much

The carapace and plastron were like that when you got them? About how big are they (shell lengths without the curves)? The turtle in the pic doesn't look that small to me.

The krill and fish are fairly high in protein, and the pellets could be too, depending on what you're giving them (Reptomin?). How much and how often do you feed them? It would be good to try some other foods as well.
