Hi Im new

Hey guys Im new here.I have 2 turtles named Jack and Joel. There 2 years old and love them to death.If you have any questions please fell free to replie. :D

Welcome to the forum! If you can post some pics of your turtles that would be great. Everyone here loves turtle pics! :) Have you had them since they were hatchlings?

I recently rescued 3 RES from someone who wasn't able to take care of them anymore. The female (I named her Pilot) is 7" and the two males (Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum) are 4" and 3.5". All three were in a dishpan full of cesspool brown water when I went to pick them up. Now they are in a 40gal breeder temporarily until I can get my indoor pond finished.

I got my turtles at a flea market.We got them when they were hatchlings.We originaly going to get a box turtle.When we came along the cutest baby turtles ever.We got the whole setup tank,island,food everything for 30 bucks not bad

WELCOME, I haven't been able to get in the intro page...I am new today and am looking for a new RES of some sort (as I read there is a wde variety of sliders). I live them also and we lost ours. We are in pain don't know where to go to find a new babe! Any reference? Many thanks . Christine in Vienna, VA

Hi secotec,

On the upper left hand corner of this page, and on the bottom left corner, is a button called "+ new topic". If you click that, it will let you start your own thread on here in the Intro section. Why don't you do that so you'll get more replies and let turboturtle keep this thread.

Virgina huh you live preety close to me,anyway lots of petsores sell RES.They may not sale them as hatchlings though.Try to find a store close to you that specialilzing in Reptiles or Aquatic pets.They know a lot and can help you .
