I know my turtle should only be fed every 2 to 3 days. Does this also apply to greens (i.e. green-leaf lettuce)?

You can offer greens everyday. Red leaf lettuce would be better than green leaf.

Also re: 2 or 3 days... some people do it once a week, twice a week, three times or whatever. I feed veggies and a small amount of pellets almost every day. Mix it up a little and try not to overfeed. Check the stool to make sure it's somewhat firm and consistent.
