he's a RES, about 3 years old. I got him from a girl that had him in a 5.5 gallon. I've got him in a 40b, and my husband and I have aquatic plants in our fish tanks (he has pressurized Co2 in his), so all of the trimmings go to Shel. I also have a 10 gallon full of frogbit and feeder guppies for him. He seems to be happy. I've had him for about two weeks, lol. I've attached a picture of him outside in my kiddie pool, basking in some real sunlight.
I look forward to "meeting" you all, and please understand that I'm new to turtles, but I have done a lot of research.
