So, I've adopted an adult RES (I don't know how old he is. I am told that he's full-size). His name is Pythagoras. Hence the username.
He's been here for over a week now! I'm not really sure what else I'm supposed to be adding to this...

He is about 7" (it's an approximation. He never stops moving. Even basking involves walking around).
I'm told that he is a full-sized adult.

If he's a male, yes, he could be fully grown and a bit big.
