Mr. Turtle, the painted turtle
, came into my life almost a month ago. I have no idea how old he is, but my guess he is about 9 months. He was a little bigger than a quarter when I got him. What a cutie! I bought everything necessary to care for him - tank, uvb, heat light, water heater, Eheim filter, rocks and plants to rest on, dock to bask on, cuttle bone, baby reptomin, and krill for treats. I hope I'm doing everything right! I have my doubts haha but thank goodness for these forums! So basically I wanted to say hi to all the turtle lovers out there and introduce myself as I'm sure I'll be posting with questions! I've already learned quite a bit!
