Hello...i am just curious. Twice my girl Dennie has gotten out of her habitat. And twice she has come to me when i have called her. Has anyone else experienced this? Once she got out cuz the water was too high the second time a branch was in the water and she climbed out. Poor thing. We are talking about a ten yr old res and a habitat that is outside.

yea same here i have a painted western female and 2 red eared sliders and when i call their names they look up at me and recognize me. i think its more of recognizing your voice. i dont know about names though

Some RES like to explore, so I think it's more of her being interested in the "noise".
