Hello everyone! I'm very new to Red Eared Slider turtles but not new to forums giving great advice and pet stores getting it wrong.
I'm a college student majoring in Geology with minors in Biology and Chemistry. This takes up most of my life, but in my small amount of free time I enjoy watching my pet land hermit crabs, skiing, rock climbing and reading.
So I'm here to inquire about how to take care of the two RES that will be coming into the Geology department at my school as a rescue project from the 5 gallon bucket where my friend's brother had kept them for a year. I'll post that story + my questions in another thread though!
