Posted: Thu Jan 17, 2013 1:39 amHello I'm the very proud owner of a res (he might own me I'm not sure yet) I've had him almost 5 months now. we call him big jake. he was rescued from the middle of a road near new johnsonville tn by family and given to me. Since I've adopted him he has been doing extremely well his shell looks better he had learned to eat his veggies and has shown me that they also come with unique personalities ( which apparently includes getting rubbed behind the 'ears' petted on their shell and being talked to lol who knew 
so since I'm new to this other than tank size food and general care is there anything special anyone can tell me that I can do to make happier than he makes me. thanks
