Hey my gf and I just bought ourselves two turtles. We are happy with purchase. We just have a few questions, we want to buy a tank but we need a tank that can be moved around. How big of a tank should I get? Also, they are babies we just.feed them.pellets? I'm scared about this salmonella. Any ideas howto prevent this. Thank you

For a tank you will eventually need 10gal per inch of turtle. For two turtles you want double that (I personally only go with 1 1/2 times). So while they are small moving them should be that big a deal with something like a furnature dolly

Welcome to the site. A tank that you can move? How about a stock tank?

Welcome to the site!!!
As for Salmonella, I'm paranoid (I can't help it). I just keep a towel handy and dry my hands when I am done playing around. If I have a cut or if I am in a rush, I use hand sanitizer (I keep a bottle nearby), otherwise I wash my hands with good ol' soap and water. Nothing to overly worry about, just wash/clean your hands ~ liken it to using the restroom.
When cleaning the tank, I have to use the kitchen or bathroom sink to clean some items. In those cases I wipe down the counters with Clorox wipes - I'd do the same when cooking pork and chicken. Of course, soap and water would do the trick too.
