Welcome to the forum :)

What do you mean by you are keeping him in sunlight? Are you also giving him any sort of calcium supplement, such as cuttlebone? What exactly is wrong with him and has he seen a vet?

Sorry for all the questions...

Welcome to the forum. Sorry to hear that Flash is sick. What is his set-up like (tank size, amount of water in tank, basking area, heat bulb, UVB bulb, filter etc)? How big is Flash (length of shell from tip to tip not including curve)? Read through the forum for lots of great info in how to care for your RES. :)

Welcome. How big is Flash? How long have you had him? How long has he been sick?

A "major lack of calcium" means what? A really soft shell (almost to the point of being spongy)? Lethargy? Refusal to eat? If so, to me it implies some stage of metabolic bone disease, and your turtle would best be served by a trip to a herp vet.

You're keeping Flash in sunlight? What do you mean---do you take your turtle outside? Put him in front of a window (which won't help because the UVB rays he needs are being blocked by the glass)?

Without an adequate diet (that includes ample calcium) and Vit D3/UVB rays, and whatever else---you didn't comment on your turtle's set-up or overall diet, so I can't tell if anything else is lacking---Flash doesn't have a great chance of improving. What is he being fed?

I really hope Flash recovers, but you've got to more than put him in sunlight and ask people to pray...
