Hi am new to this site. My RES Minion has recently started eating the bubbles on the water surface caused by the filter. Is this normal? It seems like she is still hungry, but I am worried about over feeding her.

They will bite everything trying to figure out if it is food. Depending on the age of your turtle, they should only get a "head size" amount of food every other day, (you can do every day if they are less than a year or so old). "Head size" means the amount of food that would fit in their head if it were hollow) This rule primarily pertains to protiens, pellets and the like. You can give them as much veggies as they are willing to eat. I always keep a clip of Red Lettuce in the tank, and feed every other day with pellets.
