Just got a new RES baby from a friend who bred his. I hope it's a male... Named him (it?) Zuke he shares a tank with an african sideneck named Timpleton who is female, and they both like each other. I'll try to get some pics later!

Welcome to the forum. Just be very careful with housing the res with a much larger turtle. Might look like they get allow but you never know.

Thanks! And I know, I watched them for the first like 3 hours straight, the sideneck tried to bite (unsuccessfully) little man at first, but since then doesn't even pay attention to him anymore. I keep her fed very well lol
