Is there anyone here that would care to adopt a healthy, 9 year old red ear slider? My wife and I love and have cared for our pet red ear slider for nearly 10 years. We're having a child this year and unfortunately we don't have the space to care for it anymore.
We live just outside Toronto, Ontario and would be willing to drive a good distance to ensure a good home. We have a 75 gallon tank, beech veneer cabinet, and Rena Filstar XP3 that we would include if desired.
We have also contacted an adoption program at our local Zoo but believe this forum is a good place to start too.
