Hey everyone! Nick from AZ. I've had my RES for a couple months now. I actually adopted him from a bad caretaker. He wasn't getting the right lighting, didn't have the right size tank and wasn't eating. He actually had a soft shell, too. He just seemed completely neglected so I took him in. After much spending and research I've gotten him to eat, swim, bask, climb...all that good stuff. His shell is still soft, but he has plenty of lighting, food and a cuttlebone so hopefully that improves!
Anyways I look forward to getting to know you all better and hopefully learn a thing or two.
