Hi! Introduce yourselves here. :: My red eared slider, Michelangelo

Hey everyone! I am new to the forum though I have been reading for years. This is my 12 year old red eared slider, Michelangelo. (He is really a she. Found that out a few years after I got him. I still refer to him as...a him...hahaha, I'm sure some of you can relate.) He's great because I got him when I was 11 and now am 23. He's been there for my 8th grade graduation, high school graduation, college graduation...he's just a really important member of the family. He is probably the friendliest turtle I have ever encountered. He just loves attention and LOVES the camera. Here are three pictures I took today:







And before anyone says anything (cause I know I would lol), the water is much deeper now. I only partially filled it for my mini photo shoot in his summer pool.

I always enjoy looking at everyone's photos on here! I figured it was about time I put a few pictures up of Michael. Hope everyone is well! Take care.

Hi Linda, glad you can join us! I used the same pool you have a couple of summers ago and have very similar pics of my girl in it. She looks great at 12 years, thanks for posting pictures!

Thanks! I think that pool was the best 10 dollar investment of my life.

I wish they made larger ones... I used a different type this summer, but it's not as nice as I was hoping.
