I have several aquariums at home with a variety of tropical fish: catfish, loaches, botia, puffers, guppies and some other fish to fill the space above the rocks. Now there is a turtle at work and he just got a new 30 gallon tank and a craigslist Fluval 205 to hopefully keep him happy for a while.
Technically, he's not my turtle, but I feel sorry for him. He was living in a 10 gallon toilet before a coworker and I decided he needed help. So now I've been reading about turtles at this site.
He's about 2-3 years old, 4 inches long and 142.5 grams. Hopefully, he's a lot happier with more room to swim around and a tank with a REAL filter!
I'm hoping to learn more from all the experts on these forums.
