I purchased a male (~6") and female (~4") RES a couple of weeks ago and have ordered all equipment necessary, I believe. Am still setting up their indoor habitat, waiting for equip. and supplies. The turtles don't have names yet, but they really like each other and the male likes me a lot, too. So fun!!

It will be nice to meet y'all.

2 kitties
lots of plants
1 female RES, Itai, 1 female Western Painted, Daisey. They have lots of colorful pet fish and about 770 gal water.

welcome, they sound like friendly turtles.
I have two female red ear sliders.
Chimpy - 5.5 inches
Chompy- 6.0 inches
Both were born about 7/2007
Got them -- 9/2007
