Hello from the Great Lakes State
Posted: Wed Sep 09, 2009 2:18 pmHi everyone, I'm the owner of a 5" red eared slider by default. I purchased him from a local pet store for my grand-daughter and he was quickly rejected by her mother 
However, I told her that if it did'nt work out that we'd take and care for him. I'm so excited 
My husband and I have been empty nesters for awhile now so it's nice to have someone to look after again. I love this website and it's been so helpful in so many ways. Thanks , and I'll be looking for all of your advise.
