Hey guys! recently acquired a yellow bellied slider turtle.... I've named him Nico, more for the fact it sounded like a cool name then the Steven Segal movie came into mind....

I'm always open to new suggestions and tips for setup etc but thats a different subject and a different subsequent forum room....

So, just to say Hi and I look forward to getting to talk to all you guys!

I have two female red ear sliders.
Chimpy - 5.5 inches
Chompy- 6.0 inches
Both were born about 7/2007
Got them -- 9/2007

Hi there!!

I don't know the Segal reference... but I think Nico is a cool name. I've known a couple Nico's and they were cool people too.
