Welcome and sorry can't help you with that.

I have a boy so I don't have that issue, but I know it's urgent because if she has nowhere to lay eggs they can calcify inside her and be fatal. she needs some kind of soily area to dig and lay them. look for more info on the care sheets this site provides.
