This site has been quite helpful since I got two red eared sliders for Christmas, so I decided it was time I actually join. I spent hours reading everything on this site before I got turtles, I'm fairly certain I could recite most of it from memory.

I love reptiles in general, amphibians as well. I'd like to be a herpetologist someday. I'm rather terrible at coming up with things to say in introductory threads.

Honestly, when I first got them I was unsure of their gender so I didn't name them. My friends have started calling them Sajko (psycho) and Lejzi (lazy) after their personality traits. I should come up with better names though.

They're actually indoor turtles, but they like to explore my backyard. And chase my cats.
