I don't really own a turtle but I am caring for a quarter sized one until it is old enough to go in my friends pond. A person I know kept it in a teeny tank with about 1 square inch of land space. I felt really bad so I had to take it. Well, there's my story. My name's Vanessa. Hope to see you around the forum!

nes -- clean water, water and basking temps with uvb are key.

I forgot about this post.. so answering your question Marisa, the pond is pretty big. I'm unsure of how many gallons but I'm sure it is over 100. It looks kind of like this one:

But it isn't as dirty. It has goldfish and mosquito fish (guppies) in it.
