Hi, I'm Lili.
I am about to adopt a 4 year old RES. I have never owned a Turtle before but always loved them. This site is so great. It really helped me to make the right decision about whether or not a RES was for me. I can't wait!

Welcome to the site :-)

How nice of you to adopt a RES- so many need good homes.
Be sure to look at the nutrition and tank set up areas of the website- if you get your set up right the first time around it saves a lot of money and frustration down the road.

It was good of you to adopt an older RES. Little ones are cute, but to me the larger ones have so much to offer.
