Hey Guys,

We re-named our Res after we adopted him. His name is Hurley.
Yes, after the character from Lost. I'm a fanatic!
Suits him well since if he had it his way, he would eat ALL day.

Hello Everyone -

First I just want to say thank you to anyone who shared pictures in the habitat gallery! They were very good pictures and helpful to us in our idea period. I hope to be adding some of my pictures soon.

Our family lives in Joplin, Missouri. We have two red eared sliders that we rescued as babies, Fred and Ethel. We have 4 dogs, 3 cats, 4 fancy mice, 1 fan-tail goldfish.

We are very excited about becoming members of turtle talk and the slider website. Thanks for having us!

Hello, I am new. My Turtle's name is Char. We were just given the turtle, so I have lots of questions. We are thinking of giving it away because it is so much trouble and not much fun to watch. So I am looking for ways to make it better.
