I think he is 3 years old.

How long have you had him? How big is he? He must be pretty big if you know he's a male. The males and females look exactly alike until they get to be about 4" long.

Ive had him for 2 weeks. I think he is 4 1/2" long. I know alot about turtles because I have a lake that has hundreds of turtles. One year I got a net and scuped it into the thick moss and cot a small 3" turtle. I continued sticking the net in the moss until i had 7 red ear sliders. Than i cot a 4" box turtle. I only kept them for around 2 days and released them. Not to long ago I came home to a 12" red ear slider looking for a spot to lay its eggs. I kept it for 3 days and than i got my new turtle from the pet store and let the mother turtle go.

Whoa! Just wondering what part of the country has that kind of an abundance of turtles in the same place. I respect your concern for privacy and safety. No need for that kind of reaction though. You seriously need to chill.

Yeah oobie58, david wasnt trying to be a pervert or anything, he was just simply asking what state you were in because of what he said above. We all ask each other what state we are in, but it would be different if we were to ask "so what is your address?" You know? Take it easy man

David's a cool guy and he isnt a predator or anything. But it's good of you to be concerned with your privacy with someone you barely know.
