Hello everyone, My name is Kathy. I'm new to the group. I have 2 RES
that were given to us about 5 yrs ago. I wanted to be able to share experiences and and pictures ans well as ask questions about my turles with other turtle owners, so I joined this forum. I'm really excited! I'm looking forward to meeting all of you!

my turtles names are Timothy and Lulu. Lulu right now is just about ready to lay her 3rd clutch of eggs. I just built her her first nesting box this week! Thanks for asking!

I love those names! I knew a guy with two RES and one was named Lulu and one was named (I forget exactly what but something like) Fred. Turned out Fred was the girl and Lulu was the boy but the names were never changed. That was ok by the turtles.

Hello Heather, hello Carter.
My inside tank is 145 gallon aquarium. My turltles are 9"(LuLU 7yrs.),
and Timothy,who is 5 yrs. old and 6". Out side, where they are during the day, we use a fairly large plastic kiddie pool with rocks in it. As soon as I can figure out how and where to post pictures, I will. My spare time is slim, seeing as how I have a few more pets that all require their equal share of attention! Ha !
They include...3 dogs . 4 goldfish, 3 dwarf african clawed frogs, 15 cats, (long story), and of course, the two turtles! All of which have a name but I'd be here all night telling you what they are!!!
