Hey Everyone. I am new to turtles also.. always wanted one and i picked up 2 of them in december. They were only about 25 - 30mm in size when i got them. Now they are about 4 inches!

Here is my setup. Hopefully i'll get a 100gallon tank in the next month or so.

oh man, you should watch out!

the rocks dont look to stable on the second picture, the last thing you want is your poor turtle being squashed by rocks

Not to worry.. i spent a good hour placing the rocks.. double checking on everything. I can put a liter bottle of water on it and it doesn't move.

I have some other ideas for my next aquarium... hopefully this setup can do in the mean time without one getting squashed!

I think you should worry more about the fact that the turtles might try to bump the rocks from below which can cause the entire set up to collapse. Turtles are notorious for "redecorating" and will bump into things to move them around.

Your turtles are cute, though. :)
