Hi, I'm Jodi from Ohio. This board is a great source of info. I don't have a RES now, But I am trying to help a family member with one (post in urgent care). I have had several types of turtles in the past (snappers, softshell, painted, box turtles)and rehabbed some box turtles. Right now I just set up a 75 gallon rainforest vivarium that has one lone Whites treefrog in it. LOL I also do Parrot rescue and have a parrot toy buisness. I am owned by 6 macaws, 4 dogs, a cat, 2 small birds, the frog, some fish and a Koi pond...not to mention 2 human kids, and a really understanding hubby. :lol:

Read and responded to your post in Urgent Care. It sounds like you have an uphill battle, but it also sounds like you're doing the best you can.

Six macaws, 2 other birds, 4 dogs, 1 cat and 2 kids? What's the noise level in your house like?

can you say LOUD!!!! LMAO I love animals and have been involved with rescue/rehabbing for years. We have re-homed many rescues, but some are here to stay. I even made hubby get a credit card just incase we come up short in an animal emergency. LOL

Wow we are not far apart at all.

tinyslider: Where are you in TN.? I just moved back to Ohio from there. We were in Clarksville right by Ft. Campbell on the KY state line.
