Hi guys!

Emily here. :)
I have had a turtle for just over a year now..she walked up my driveway into my backyard and i had no idea where she could have come from so i snatched her up and gave her a home at my house...When I first got her i did my research to find out what lights she needed, food she ate etc., but i must admit, i feel like her tank is too plain! she has her floating dock and a skull cave...some tips on decorating her tank that could possibly be more 'fun' for her? I say this because she likes to try and squeeze between the tank and the bars on her dock so that they become un-suctioned. she then plays by walking up her dock, squeezing between the bars and the tank and sliding into the water as if it's a water slide, and she will continually do it for a while.
I must also admit, i never really thought turtles has personalities..boy was i wrong!

:)

Try pool filter sand on the bottom of the tank. Your turtle will love it. I also have lots of fake plants and mopani wood in my tank. Welcome!
