Hi! I am a new turtle owner and I started about a week ago. I have a 4 month old turtle named tank, and though he is not an RES, he is a Mississippi Map turtle, which I've heard, but not certain of, is a close relative of the RES. I am really fascinated with him, and I've been wondering how to care for him generally, like should I put his pellets (Reptomin) in the water for feeding, what do I do if he doesn't eat, how will I know when to upgrade, etc. Hope to speak with you soon!
