Hello ~ I just want to say how much I LOVE this site and I've learned/learning sooo much from all the posts. About 2 months ago I was at a swampmeet with my friends and my chihuahua Anni when a lady showed me these tiny turtles in a plastic container. I was told that these turtles were "teacup turtles" just like my chihuahua and would need very little care. So I bought them instantly without the knowledge of taking care of a fish let alone a turtle. Excited and happy we drove to Petco and the worker there showed me the sizes of how my "teacup turtles" would grow to be.... I cried.... But now I am so in love with my turtles Bully and Ivy ~

Welcome to the forum! Hard to believe they start out so tiny. I'd keep a close eye on Ivy's white spots... do you have any current shots?

This was taken recently. She doesn't have the white spots anymore but its a little off color green on those areas where the white spots were... Is that a bad thing? She is shedding a little bit these days too.
