I've been raising RES's for about two and a half years nows and I've had the same problem, I'm sure all of you may have had, finding a DECENT filter. I'm heading out the door to purchase a canister filter, yet again, but I wondered if anyone had experience with them/had any advice. I'm temporarily taking care of/turtle sitting 6 (ranging in age from 3yrs - 7months old). I have the larger ones in a 40 gallon tank and the smaller few in a 10 gallon until their respective owners come back from vacation. But i digress, does anyone have any advice about which type of filter to get. It'll be used in a 40 gallon tank.
