Welcome. How big is Flash? How long have you had him? How long has he been sick?
A "major lack of calcium" means what? A really soft shell (almost to the point of being spongy)? Lethargy? Refusal to eat? If so, to me it implies some stage of metabolic bone disease, and your turtle would best be served by a trip to a herp vet.
You're keeping Flash in sunlight? What do you mean---do you take your turtle outside? Put him in front of a window (which won't help because the UVB rays he needs are being blocked by the glass)?
Without an adequate diet (that includes ample calcium) and Vit D3/UVB rays, and whatever else---you didn't comment on your turtle's set-up or overall diet, so I can't tell if anything else is lacking---Flash doesn't have a great chance of improving. What is he being fed?
I really hope Flash recovers, but you've got to more than put him in sunlight and ask people to pray...
