How big is your turtle? My turtles are bout 5 inches long
How long have you had it? about six months

What is the water temperature? 75-80
Did you use a thermometer? yes
Are you using a water heater? yes
How much water is in there? 15
Are you using a water conditioner? yes
Are you using any filtration? yes

What is the basking temperature? didn't monitor that
Is there a basking light? yes
Is there a basking platform that is easy to climb on? yes
What kind is it or what is it made out of? it's a tree log bought from the pet store some type of tough plastic
Is there a UVB light? yes, made for reptiles

What have you been trying to feed it? dried shrimp, reptomin floating sticks w/nutritious shrimp bites, turtle bites turtle food, large sun dried red shrimp (they love this) I use the shrimp as treats but they went into a non eating stage so I did some reading and gave them some raw collard greens and the shrimp. didn't see them eat any of the greens though. I see their finicky eaters.
When was the last time your turtle ate? today 1/8/2012

How big is the tank/pond/enclosure? 20 gallon
Is the tank near a window? no
Is the tank in a room with a lot of activity? yes, but I will me moving in amonth and realized that they need a no activity room, so actually I will be giving them their own room, which will be a private room for me.

Have you read the Basic Care section? not really, I do a lot of maintenace to their tank and thats all.
Have you searched the forums for similar situations? yes, I read up on the basics of their up keep

Is there any other unusual activity/symptoms? no I see they just want to be fed and left alone. In the beginning their actions told me when they wanted to eat but now I guess they know I am going to feed them. They don't try getting my attention anymore now they run from me. I guess they aren't hungry LOL.. I take them out of their 20 gal. tank and put them in a 10 gal. tank to eat .

Most RES would want the pellets and treats over their greens, so that is normal. Just make sure they have both. They are not the kind of pets you need to interact frequently with.

Do I have to purchase another water cleaner or a differ type of filter?
