Welcome to the site. Sorry you're having troubles. What is her/his environment like? If you could answer the survey in this thread, that would help us to know what's going on.

Hi, welcome to the site. Some additional info would be very helpful. This is some general advice from another topic...

First find a medium sized rubbermaid container, around 15-20 gallons. Fill it with cold tap water halfway. Find something to use as a basking area. Then head to the pet store and pick up a thermometer, a fully submersible water heater, some live feeder guppies (usually 10 for $1), canned mini-crickets and some Baby Reptomin. Get one of those small resin platforms (shaped like a trapezoid) if you didn't find a suitable basking area at home. You'll need a warm incandescent lamp to act as a basking lamp. It's placed over the basking area and should be about 85-90F. A filter would be great too, but it can wait a week or so and you can probably get one online for much cheaper while you decide on an appropriate first tank. You'll also need a UVB bulb which looks like an energy-efficient light bulb, but that can wait a little too.

Plug the heater in, wait for the water to warm about 78F and then let your turtle swim in there. Feed her in there too, since she's probably timid from all the changes. Try holding the minnow by the tail and let it wiggle in front of her face. Hopefully she'll take a bite and you can then move her to a more appropriate diet.

:D Thank you for the reply :) I'm from the Philippines btw :D

How big is your turtle?
I think she's about 1 inch and a half size of my thumb (length)

How long have you had it? 4 days now.

What is the water temperature? water here is not too cold.

Did you use a thermometer? no.

Are you using a water heater? no.

How much water is in there?
I tried filling his container more water about half of the container but she's not "diving" or swimming . so I only put less water.

Are you using a water conditioner? No.

Are you using any filtration? No.

What is the basking temperature?

Is there a basking light? I use a desk lamp.

Is there a basking platform that is easy to climb on? A small rock.

What kind is it or what is it made out of?

Is there a UVB light? none.

What have you been trying to feed it? the pellets the petshop gave me. it's color red and green

When was the last time your turtle ate? She's not yet eating or i just didn't see it.

How big is the tank/pond/enclosure? It's still small. I'm planning to have aquarium then but now she's in a plastic like container I also bought it from the petshop. I guess it's a portable gLass tank coz it has handle.

Is the tank near a window? No.

Is the tank in a room with a lot of activity?

Have you read the Basic Care section? Yes.

Have you searched the forums for similar situations?

Is there any other unusual activity/symptoms? Whenever I put light on her tank she move her head up to the light and is opening her mouth. I dont know what it means. I dont know if she like it or it annoys her. Also she's always asleep, not very active. I also think something is wrong with her eyes. The left eye is always close while the right is open but there's no liquid like something in her eyes and nose.

Keep the water 78-80F and pick up a reputable brand of pellets. You can also try live prey....http://www.redearslider.com/entice_eating.html
