Im new here, I have recently adopted a red ear slider, his name is crush, he would be about 5-6 years old.
He has had a bit of a hard life so far. Has not been well cared for and as such his shell is not what it should be.
Hes been doing well since I got a heat lamp and a UV light and a dry basking area. His previous owners did not give him any of that.
Im sure he reconises me as he will swim up to the side of his tank and great me in his own little way when I enter the room.
