I'm new to turtle keeping....because yesterday me and some friends went to a carnival and they were giving out turtles as prizes for one of the games and we won one by chance. (they also had goldfish, hermit crabs, ball pythons, and alligators) I don't agree with these games but I only thought we would win a fish, not get the turtle. :shock: Since I am the only one who has any experience with reptiles I took him and the little guy (2" total) is now residing in a temporary 2g aquarium with a rock island, some waterplants, and a basking light which is fine for now. He will be quickly upgraded to a larger tank as soon as I have the space.

And thus Tortoillini came into our life...
