I have two RES, Champski and Feet. I got them two years ago for a birthday/christmas present. I love them. We recently introduced them to a 75 gallon tank. Seem very happy. Very healthy, they eat a lot. I think thats how they live their days, waiting for food.
When they see me they know I feed them so now they swim vigorously and excitedly when I get close and I akin it to begging and give in and give them one pellet each. I feed them by hand, and my boyfriend, he gave me the turtles, says they have me wrapped around their fingers. He also says that I'm their pet not the other way around.
Took them tothe vet to get them dewormed, the littler one, Feet wasn't eating, but after the vet visit he's doing great! Super active.
Thats all I guess.
